Permanent Catalog Record
The artwork receives a permanent catalog number, documented details, and an updated catalog record tied to Ellie Michael.
Additional Documentation
A permanent catalog label can be provided for the back of the frame or artwork. If the artwork is local and the back has not already been signed or documented, Ellie may be able to add her signature and catalog information.

Front of the Artwork
A clear, straight-on photograph of the complete artwork.
Artwork Dimensions
The width and height of the artwork itself, not including the frame or mat.
Frame Dimensions
If framed, the outside width and height of the complete frame.
Known History
Anything you remember about when, where, or how the artwork was purchased, received, or displayed.
Please Do Not Risk Your Artwork
There is no need to remove it from the frame unless that can be done easily and safely. Approximate measurements are still helpful.

Contact Ellie with the artwork title or subject (if known) and any details you remember. You'll receive the easiest way to send photographs and measurements.
